Santa Teresa di Gallura: the town
Santa Teresa Gallura, built on the basis of an urban project designed by the king of Italy Vittorio Emanuele I (who decided to name the town after his wife) was a favourite of the Royal Family; he often stayed there as well not only for holidays, but also to hunt and fish. Over the years, the town of Santa Teresa has developed and consolidated its strong tourist attraction and shows all the structures created for the service of guests: paths and nature trails can be made on foot or on horseback, diving, fishing, the spa, the largest municipal marina, a beautiful square and last but not least, the theatre.
